Charlotte Perquin-Deelen is a research fellow and teacher at the Radboud Business Law Institute and a lawyer at Dirkzwager legal & tax. Her focus is on the governance of semi-public institutions, decision-making and (gender) inequality. She obtained her multidisciplinary PhD (law and philosophy of cognition) at the Radboud University in January 2020 on the topic of biases in the boardroom and the council chamber (Biases in de Boardroom en de Raadkamer, Deventer: Kluwer 2020). Charlotte regularly publishes in scientific journals and is the secretary of the board of editors of one of the leading Dutch corporate law journals (Tijdschrift Ondernemingsrecht).
