Harold Bekkering

Faculty of Social Sciences

Harold Bekkering is interested in human learning in general. At the micro level, he studies experimentally how brain and body enable learning with a special interest in the role of motivation, language and social learning. At the macro level, he is interested in fostering lifelong learning in society in humans and robots. Harold is particularly motivated to innovate education on the basis of our current neurocognitive knowledge about human learning to make education inclusive for everyone.
